Ying had worked for 12 years in several IP law firms in Paris before joining Becker & Associés in 2020.

Qualifications and professional activities

Ying holds a Master in Biology from Jiao Tong University in Shanghai and a PhD in Biochemistry from University of Lille, France.
She graduated from the International Patent Law School (CEIPI) in Strasbourg. She is an authorized European Patent Attorney and a registered French patent Counsel.
She is also an authorized representative before the Unified Patent Court.

Fields of Expertise

Ying particularly enjoys challenging techniques. She drafts patent applications, and handles worldwide prosecution of patent applications, toward allowance. Ying is also involved in Opposition procedures before the European patent office.

Ying is bilingual French-Chinese (Mandarin)
